About Vita Plena Uzima - Full Life.

Is a trauma-informed, faith-sensitive initiative committed to restoring healing, identity, and wellbeing in individuals and communities across Uganda.

The name Vita Plena means “Full Life.” It reflects our conviction that every person is created with dignity, value, and purpose, and that no one should be permanently defined by pain, trauma, or shame.
